About chef Antonella Nicole
As a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, I have over 10 years of professional experience in fine-dining cuisine, private catering, and personalized food delivery. My passion and creativity is best expressed preparing menus, finding and incorporating new and local ingredients and developing recipes. I have been in the kitchen my whole life. As a first-generation Italian-American, I have a wide variety of exquisite Italian cooking experience. Because of this strong European heritage, I find international cuisine to be the prominent influence in my cooking and baking — and it has given me a strong core-knowledge and technique that I cannot wait for you to taste. My experience and passion translates itself directly to the dish, and I am very much looking forward to sharing that with you.
